I think eggs are overated. About only 6 grams of protein in each egg and they are not at all conveinent because they take me 20 minutes to hardboil them. The chicken sandwiches from costco are 17 grams protein and the piece of meat is tiny as an egg. Pop it into the microwave for a minute and that equals as if you ate 3 eggs. There called "Flame Broiled Chicken Breast" and their in a yellow box.

well check it out....it says here in this book "the strongest shall survive" that the eggs is 18g, cheese is 8g, milk is 8g a cup, tuna is 58g, 1 bread slice 2g, liver it says 58g, brussel sprouts 6g, cottage cheese 38g.............its a little table thing but it says example diet so perhaps these digits are fake but they do match the quantity of food so idk

For some reason it still doesn't look right..

BTW, milk should be measured in oz. Skim Milk would have 8g of protein for 8oz, for any other milk it would be around 9-12g for 8oz.

Wheat Bread would have like 5g of protein per slice.
My Lowfat Cottage Cheese has only 14g of protein for 1/4 cup
An egg with yolk would be like 6g of protein. I think 4g for whites only, 2g for yolk.
A can of tuna for me would be like 18g of protein.

Just some of the stuff I have..

thats the dumbest meal plan i've seen. a small breakfast, ONE sandwich for lunch and only one meal after that.

i dont think anyone here has a prblem getting 200g's of protein. i'm easily getting 375. you just gotta eat man

(eggs dont have 18g of protein)

Doesn't matter, to lose weight you should still be eating 6 meals a day as it keep the metab burning, eating 3 meals would lower the metab and slow the fat burning process beyong normal levels.

Like someone previously said in this thread. It's not good to have 3 large meals of protein. Your body takes in about 30g. (Depending on weight) of protein at a time. The rest is flushed out of your system. That is why taking 5 servings of 25 g. protein produces great mass. It gives the body a constant and steady protein intake rather than all in a short period. And by the way, chicken is your best best for protein. A single breast has about 20 g. protein.
