Im getting better gains right now than noobie gains. Finally getting away from the teen look, and more like an adult.

In January, when I started doing Deadlifts I was lifting 145 lbs. In a little more than two months I was pulling 250 lbs for about 10 reps. Right now, I can pull 345 lbs for two reps.
haha I'm on my way to Franco Columbu's 700 lb set.

dasicvtec you deadlift 90 pounds for 10 reps but your leg press 350 12 reps.
and then you say you squat the fuking bar.
it doesnt add up.

Weight gain
The only time I started seeing gains is when I ate every two hours, not even really counting calories.....huge calorie nightime meals as well...lots of BK. And I got really good at compound movements. Went from 6-4 155-160! to about 235. Mostly muscle as my metabolism incinerates fat. I got really good at teh deadlift and that helped ALOT. For us tall guys its a great movement due to our leverages.
