Ive been eating more than I should, I estimate right now Im @ 1400 calories. I have dinner next so I will probably tack on another 300-400.The reason? I have a huge test tomorrow and all I have been doing is studying all day, and getting hungry, even though I have also been drinking water. Tomorrow is my 2500 calorie day. Should I just lop off 600 off that to create a balance?

im thinking of trying some zig zag just to finish off my cut, how were ur results on that plan Jim? i would be aiming for pretty much the exact calorie intake u mentioned - u dont want to post ur diet for me do u?
