hunting
I've never been hunting before in my life. I've shot a shotgun maybe two times in my life. The only other thing I have ever shot was a pellet rifle. I want to try hunting, but I don't know much about hunting or any of the weapons. Maybe someone here can point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Contact your state wildlife agency and find out about the hunter's education courses. Study, take the test and go from there. What are you interested in hunting? (need to know so that a gun and equipment suggestion can be made)

That really blows to have the cops called on you like that. I sit out back and shoot rabbits and groundhogs out of our crops all the time, along with the crows when corn comes in.

Do ya eat 'em? Of course, I would never think of eating a crow! SICK! But, groundhogs, squirrels and rabbit, i would eat.
I shoot the damn crows whenever I get a chance. When I see a flock of them fly past my house, and they are in shootin' range to hit with a Shotgun, I waste 'em in mid air, it's awesome. 12 guage takes 'em out good! Crows are so damn smart though! They are INSANELY SMART!

People once believed that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes, the crow can bring that soul back to put the wrong things right

Yeah, I eat the squirrels and rabbit. I can't hardly down the groundhog though. There's an old black farmer around here that I take them to though, he loves them. And crow...it's kinda tough. I don't eat it either.

You've tried crow? My dad use to shot those big fat fu*kin' Ground Hogs or Wood Chucks, he said they tasted kinda like rabbit. I don't know, I never ate one. Just thinking of eating a crow, makse me want to puke. What do they seriously taste like? Do you just breast 'em out or eat the whole bird?

LOL, no, I don't eat them, but I have tried it once. It's dark meat and tough. It's a strange mix between dove and chicken. I haven't touched it since I first tried. Nasty stuff.
