    Is it bad to start your split with legs?

    On a three day split, 3 on 1 off and the first day I do legs, squats, deadlift. Day two I do back and shoulders (pull) and then day three do chest (push) and abs. Then rest. Seems everyone does it opposite, anything wrong with starting legs first?

    I would throw away your 3 day split and pick a 3day a week routine like SS or Allpros for 10x better results.

    You'll only know yourself once you try it. I'm doing push/pull/legs at the moment and hitting deadlift the day before squat without any real problem. If it works then go for it.
    Trying to add muscle! BULK I think the term is....................SLOWLY!
