Hey guys.
a little somthing I have thought about today, about pushups.
I'm going to the gym like 3 times a week, and you can see results.
so today I thought about doing pushups every day home, maybe to gain a little more muscle.
will this effect the results I'm getting at the gym?
should I do as many sets as I can? or to limit it?

I do 3 set's of 50-70% of my max..on chest day's I do 2 sets of 20-30 reps
as a warm up for benching and such
but keep in mind that 20-30 reps is not that much for me personally my max is 113 so 20-30 is what... 20-35% of my max...what you do on your chest days you decide but every other day do it like I wrote above...George S. Patton
