whend doing your ME exsersise, which do you guys think is more effective for gaining str: work to a single ME set (ie the other sets are warmup/buildup sets) warm sets then do multiple sets of 1-3 reps at a set weight
One set. If you have enough energy/strength to do three sets of a weight, then it's not really MAXIMAL now is it?
I work several sets of singles and doubles....with a 5 minute rest in between
bump for more opinions... most articles say work to a ME single set.. but now many some strogn ppl use mult. sets...
