How Do I Get Bigger Biceps?
I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING THERE IS TO MAKE MY BICEPS GROW, IVE WORKED THEM OUT TWICE PER WEEK, IVE TRIED ONLY WORKING THEM OUT ONCE PER WEEK. Im f**king frustrated, please give me some advice on what workouts to do and how often i should work them.

Focus on compounds (squat, bench, row, military, deads, chins, dips), getting your numbers up, and eating big. You'll have some cool guns in about 6 months.

also give it a couple years...if you think you are going to build big biceps in just a few months than you are fooling yourself.

Ya i definetly dont expect anything overnight, i have been lifting for a couple of years,do u think that my age is a factor at all? people are always telling me that when i reach 27-28 years old that i will grow alot better. what do u think?

From your pictures, you have a pretty good upper body, and I think you're being overly critic with your biceps.
