Sage 2wks Out
Heres 15 days out, 190.5 this morning. Cardio has been rough since monday, i hit legs the hardest ive ever probably hit them and i have been sore all week, im still wobbling around like an old man lol. Diet was harder this week, dropped the carbs a lil lower on my low and med days, had a modified high day during the week, sunday i had a higher carb day so i guess thats whats keeping me going, that and caffiene/ephedra and endless Sugar Free Full Throttle Furry's(the best sugar free energy drink out right now, taste wise). Like these pics alot better than last week, i was holding alot of water for some reason last week, still am but b/c i really over salt everything, and 95% of my protein is either from tuna or eggwhites, so high sodium intake.

Oh the lighting is kinda bad, and i dont know what i was thinking in my front double bicep pose, my leg positioning kinda sucks there.

VERY nice wheels man, great development and calves, ladies and gentlemen this is what legs are supposed to look like! Overall good balance and symetry, what weight class are you shooting for and what show?

Top of the Middle weight in Novice, i might do Open instead but i dont know how i would do, i would be light heavy weight in that class.

your leg are ridiculous. they're massive and cut, and even your calves are huge, good job man. i'm suprised your glutes aren't leaner/striatedish considering the huge amount of leg work you probably do.
