Say if you're still a teenager like 12-16 does the growth of your natural muscle slow down or stop with working out? Should you only work out after your muscles are fully developed or is there no harm? Cause im wondering if working out interferes with natural muscle devlopment.

No not really, if it does anything it may speed it up.
Height- 5'6
Weight-198
Currently- BULKING

Bench- Max 275
Squat- Max 525
Leg Press- Max 1,500
Curling- DB 45, Barbell 135
Arms- 18.5"

Yeah, I havn't found out what my max lift (1 lift) is for bench press. Most iv done is 3 reps of 180. I do about 13-15 reps of 145 and take about a 5 minute break in between each set. I also do like 30 squats with 25 pounds dumbells in each hand like 3 times a day and do calve raises 45 times 5 tiems a day with the same dumbells in each hand.
