Exclamation Does working out underage affect natural muscle growth?

Say if you're still a teenager like 12-16 does the growth of your natural muscle slow down or stop with working out? Should you only work out after your muscles are fully developed or is there no harm? Cause im wondering if working out interferes with natural muscle devlopment.

This is highly debated, but for the most part, i think the levels will help gain more than anything, and people will state otherwise, but alot of people start natural young, just dont do max 1 reps, i would say stick to 80% and dont worry.

Yeah, I havn't found out what my max lift (1 lift) is for bench press. Most iv done is 3 reps of 180. I do about 13-15 reps of 145 and take about a 5 minute break in between each set. I also do like 30 squats with 25 pounds dumbells in each hand like 3 times a day and do calve raises 45 times 5 tiems a day with the same dumbells in each hand.
