Any way to cook eggs the night before

I get up at 5:00 AM to workout before work. I would like to eat a good meal but it would have to be quick. Right now I'm eating 1-2 bananas on lifting mornings (on Tues/Thurs I do cardio on an empty stomach). Afterwards on all my workout days (M-F) I eat a cup of oats in water.

I'd like to substitute eggs as my first meal on lifting days, but do not have time to make them and eat them before I leave.

Is there any way to cook the eggs the night before (scrambled would be the preferred method -- maybe like 4-5 whites and 1 whole) and heat them up in the microwave and eat before I leave?

Basically I guess I'm asking if eggs stay good overnight in the fridge?

i doubt they will turn bad - but microwaving them might not be so tasty- if u threw em back in the pan to get some heat thru would be better - but may aswell cook from scratch then i guess - wat about hardboiled?

I don't see a problem with making scrambled eggs the night before. You HAVE to get some protein in you after your cardio and lifting.

Why not get up at 4:45 and make your self some fresh eggs. I also get up at 5:15am but I make sure I make some eggs. I just go to work late I don't care. I am salary so it really doesn't matter when I get there.

Those eggs will stay fine for a few days for sure scrambled in the fridge

Just boil the eggs or it's not tasty enough? Then make your eggs in micro (eggs+some milk = mix it and put in the micro for a min or a bit more - pretty tasty)

some may not like this but i've done it and it seems to be fine.

I take a muffin pan and spray it with non-stick cook spray. Crack one egg (or egg white) in each muffin spot. Bake in the oven (I think at 350) until eggs look done.

I kept these in the fridge for a few days and would reheat them as necessary. Tasted fine to me and did not ever make me sick.

Yeah, in a pan, just at night.

But seriously, I cook my omlets 3-4 days in advance and store them in tupperware in the fridge, they taste the same. It's fine.
