    Outer Bicep Exercises

    I was wondering what some outer bicep exercises were? I have the peak on my biceps from the front view but from behind there isnt much peak, I'd like to have that peak so any outer bicep moves would be great. Thanks

    narrow grip curls. Narrow grip works the outer head of the bicep while wide grip works the inner head. Whenever you can use a narrow grip use it..it will help build the outer head of the biceps

    Sounds good, I'm talking about from the back view, don't know if I'm explaining it right, like if I did a back double bicep pose, from behind there isnt much peak but in front there is, i'll do narrow grip for all my bicep excercises today. thanks

    Outer grip curl=works inner bicep

    Inner grip curls=works outer bicep
