Let me ask which one help you build more mass,low reps went heavy weight or high reps with the same you are doing now?
Last time I bulk I did lower reps and that work great, but I will ask you because maybe you know more then me.

Low reps or high reps for Bulking?
arms 16.8 (18.7 yes I grew an inch)
legs 25.5(31 )
chest 44 (51)
height 5'5
weight 165 (221bulking)
age 16
yeah baby I am big ass hell
i am taking protein powers 6 times a day,
weight gainers 4 times a day and that help big time,
cell-tech gnc is stipud cant take creatine but cell-tech
and three protein bars a day

i agree, between 4 and 12 depending on what you're doing..
no matter what though, try not to go below 4 repsThey will be waking up soon and starting their day. The mere mortals who have little ambition in life but to exist and just go through the motions of living. I never understood their way of thinking. No goals. No dreams. Just settling for the pathetic lives that they live with the weak shell of a body that they all possess. I'm not about to let go of the dreams that I have as a teenager. The dreams of being a bodybuilding champion.
