New DVD Idea
I have new idea for Training DVD. They are always doing training DVD on pro bodybuilders, but not on former bodybuilders. I think that they should a trianing DVD on John Cena. The reason that I think that is because he is hardcore in the gym and I think that they should shoot the trianing DVD at Hard Nock's Gym to see how hardcore John is in the gym.

1. You're 26. Grow up.
2. Why is there a 69 at the end of your name? Do you want to 69 John Cena?
3. Go away.

Hmmm... I'm possibly one of the least judgmental guys you'll find on bb.com, and even I have to say this thread is ridiculous. Not because John Cena doesn't have legitimacy as a guy who knows how to build an impressive physique but rather because this thread has a very "psycho fan boy" vibe to it.
Just sayin'...

Yeah a Benoit training DVD would be awesome. We would get to see him him wrestling bears and then eating them raw afterward.

id personally like to see a HBK workout DVD to see what he does different because of his back problems he said he cant do any kind of power exersice like deadlifts or squats or cleans or anything that puts alot of stress on his lower back
so it would be intresting to see what he does

He doesn't do anything different. The back 'injury' was a way for him to disappear from the scene after becoming stale. Austin was big, The Rock was huge, Triple H was becoming massive - nothing was left for HBK, and he wasn't as popular as he thought he should be. Which is why he 'injured' his back and left. Funny, because after coming back to work special events, he's working practically every week, still taking sick bumps.
