    ur right mate , sheridan one rep maxes at 185 kg which is about 415lbs, and ive been in the gym a few times with sheridan so i know what he lifts, the england team train at my gym quite alot.....still quite a sight to see him repping 150kg tho

    Theres a guy who is an olympic discus champion from Europe somewhere. I don't know his name but he is huge and has a very herculean physique. Very aesthetic. Somebody has to know who he is. He's been Olympic champion a few times.
