How many eggs do you eat per day/per meal
how many whole? how many white?
right now i typically only have 8 eggs for breakfeast, 2 whole, 6 white...but i'm thinking of having a egg meal more then once a day just cause chicken breasts and other meats are getting too expensive for me eat every single day
so i'm looking for the general consensus around here

Hec yeah its OK, mix it up man. I'll try to throw in an eggwhite omlete PWO every few days or so for dinner. Throw in sliced sweet taters and peppers in the omlete, oh sweeeeet jebus!!! Its like cheating!!!

4-6 whole eggs per day. Usually hard boiled, either with a meal, or as in between snacks. Gotta love the incredible, edible, egg!

I normally have them for breakfast, which is usually an omelet made with 3 whole eggs cooked with 1 cal spray served along side a bowl of oats with a scoop of whey and some cinnamon mixed in... Then later on I may have 3 more whole eggs scrambled on some whole wheat toast with a little black pepper… Eggs are awesome…

While bulking i eat over 20 eggs a day (whole) on some days. Its a perfect food. Easy to cook, very high quality protein, unsaturated fats, lots of fat soluble vitamins, quite high in calories. What else would u want? Oh and dont listen to that ridiculous myth of the 80's. Dietary cholesterol doesnt affect cholesterol levels in the body at all.

workout days 16 or more, breakfast and post workout. Very sedentary days maybe only a few. Eggs are my breakfast nearly every day, and I eat them p/w too.
