New workout off www.bodybuilding.com Need advice
Hey. after a year of doing the same workout ive decided to go for one off the site. Im 173 pounds 14.4% BF and am looking to gain another 10 or 15 pounds.
this is the workout:

I am also supplementing with creatine and protein post workout. My diets ok.. about 2000 calories a day regular high protein meals.
Any criticisms on the workout, anything that should be changed and also what i can expect to gain from this type of workout would be useful. cheers
