Je suis venu Ã* la musculation vraiment par hasard et très tard... Après avoir arrêté le rugby, j'étais en manque d'activité physique quand un copain qui venait de s'inscrire dans une salle m'a demandé de l'accompagner: tout seul, ça ne l'emballait pas trop. C'est ainsi que j'ai franchi pour la première fois les portes d'un gym Ã* 33 ans. Je pesais 85 kgs pour 1m,83 et je n'étais pas particulièrement sec croyez-moi!
