Whos work out would you recomend? I thought "Rambos" work out was pretty neat. I'm still pretty new in this hole work out thing and when ever it says like "Flat bench flie" I have to search google just to find out what it means so thats how new I am. I always go to gym and do w.e is free and thats why I get no results. I need a plan that will work for me.

I looked into two librarys and none have the book, actaully they both only had two or three books that were related to lifting. But they had a book about Arnold so I checked that out. It has his work out plan, eating plan, and also pictures from his teens. Looking foward to reading his book. Going to gym in few hours again and will try to make my own plan. Will post it up here and maybe you guys could take a look at it and let me know if I'm missing anything.
