Hey,
I am a college student. My information is as follows:
Age- 18 yrs
Height - 5'10"
Weight - 177 lbs
Areas of problem - Body fat is a lot (especially my chest and stomach), chubbiness and not a lot of strength.
Goals - Lose fat, get leaner and get a body which is in shape - in a short period of time.
Supplements that I have - Jacked, OxyElite pro and 100% Whey Protein (GNC)
I need to know a workout routine which will help me achieve my goal (since there is a gym in the university), how and when I should be using the supplements that I have brought and how I can achieve my goals.
Please let me know what I should be doing in order for the final product to look like this:

Thanks in advance

Good thread. I would say sticky it. Even better if it were made a new thread, reorganized to classifications of each such as beginner routines, intermediate, etc. Clears up a lot of questions for beginners and people searching for a certain routine.
I rep back :) (measly reps)
Goals: SIZE
Bench: 295lbs
Squat: 450lbs
Deadlift: 500lbs

The Shrink Wrap Effect
I personally love this workout routine and I achieved the celebrity body I wanted with it. I found it better than P90X and Insanity and at half the cost. I think if want to achieve the Ryan Reynolds, Taylor Lautner etc..... type of body, you should check it out. I don't know why it wont let me post the link but it is a com site at theshrinkwrapeffect or you can go to celeb-fitness

Cheers for this sticky, its a bit overwhelming for me, however its a lot easier with this.
I will need to read more, however atm I am probably going to try the Rippetoe program.
even tho i have used the gym a fair bit over time, I havnt been active in the gym for a while, this seems like the obvious place to go, to get back into the swing of things.
I am interested to read the Bill Starr/Madcow2 5x5 Program, however it appears to be a dead Link. Does anybody have a mirror, or have recorded it elsewhere?
thanks again.
