my legs workout looks like this:
Barbell Squats (3 sets)
Dumbbell Lunge (3 sets)
Leg extension (2 sets)
Leg curl (3 sets)
Stiff leg deadlift (2 sets)
Standing calf raise (3 sets)
im fine with all that, except i absolutely hate Stiff leg deadlifts because i end up hurting my back more than anything. its really annoying. i love regular deadlifts, but i cant stand these. can anyone recommend somethign to replace this exercise?

You might try hyperextensions/Glute-Ham Raises (http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...eHamRaise.html) or I might also recommend trying the SLDL's with dumbbells as opposed to a barbell (http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...gDeadlift.html) .
