Jack Lalanne is My Hero....
I just finished watching a special on ESPN about him. Seriously..what is this guy? Like 90 years old already? Dude can do like 100 pushups without stopping. That's crazy. Just goes to show what a good diet and exercise can do for someone. He also claims he hasn't ate any sugars since he was 15! If that's not commitment, then I don't know what is. Either way, you got to give it up to this guy....he's a legend in my books.
He also really reminds me of my grandpa, who lived till he was 100 exactly. He would farm everyday until the day he died waking up in the early hours with the same scheduele. Wake up, work all day, eat dinner, eat a piece of cake and finish it off with wine. Every single day.

I'm not sure if it's still on, but on ESPN Classic, he's on about 1 or 2am or around that time. It's his training sessions from way back about 1950 or 1960.

He's done alot of crazy things.
"Since age forty, Jack has performed a series of incredible feats of strength on his birthdays. For example, at age forty-five he did 1,000 push-ups and 1,000 chin-ups in one hour and twenty-two minutes, and at age seventy, he swam, handcuffed and shackled, towing seventy boats and seventy people, for one and a half miles while fighting strong currents! "

When he turned 85 he ate a cow whole, not for the protein, but just because he could.
