Hi my name is scott and i have been wroking out for two weeks now. my scheduale was: mondays -chest and triceps
tuesday-45 min of cardio
wesday-legs and shoulders
thursday-45 min of cardio
friday-back and biceps
saturday-45 min of cardio
However, on Monday i have noticed that after doing chest, my triceps are killed, so i have like no energy to do triceps. So, i know my schedule has to change but i do know how. Should i do each muscle group once a day?
for example, Monday-chest
tuesday-biceps
wesday-legs
thursday-shoulders& traps
friday-back
saturday -triceps
But then where does the cardio come in?
Oh, my goal is to be cut up, so i typically do 4 sets of 15 reps on just about all exercises.
If someone can help me figure out a schedule it would be greatly appreciated
