    doing only incline chest exercises

i read an article on bb.com on the lagging body parts section and the guy recommended if your chest was lagging to try doing all incline exercises .. no flat, no decline. he said that a lot of people have been doing flat bench way too much b/c this is what a lot of people begin w/ and that if your lower chest is developed well it might be b/c of this. he said doing only incline would stimulate the lower part enough to maintain that size and would give you a better appearance by building the upper chest. what do you guys think? im thinking about trying it out or at least trying 2 inclines and one flat on chest day

Well there is some point to that. Is your upper chest is lagging then don't take out all flats out, keep one in like you said, and replace the other with incline db press and incluine flyes. Also dips leaning forward are supposed to hit the whole chest. Try them.

inclines are great movements, but i wouldn't totally drop flat. rotate it up from week to week.

also, at the end of your chest routine, try doing LEANING-FORWARD dips.

In my opinion inclines are the best overall chest movements, but some sort of lower chest movements should be used
