My wrestling practice lasts for 3 hours. And I lift weights before that. I have a protien shake after I lift, but I just need to know how much carbs I should have after wrestling practice. I'm cutting by the way.

tons of carbs are needed after practice.
i useally chow down around 70-85 carbs (depending on how hard i train. mainly in supplement form and breads
