    Carbs needed after wrestling practice

    My wrestling practice lasts for 3 hours. And I lift weights before that. I have a protien shake after I lift, but I just need to know how much carbs I should have after wrestling practice. I'm cutting by the way.

    i eat about 80-100 grams of carbs after practice (wrestling) and i cut.

    if you're cutting and in wrestling. eat normal. you dont want to have all that heavy cardio every day AND not eat enough. you dont wanna lose muscle, i dont think

    even though i dont wrestle, i would agree with this statement. 3 hours of wrestling is burning lots of calories and on top of that you lift before that as well. 60-100grams of carbs would probably be ideal to replenish all depleted glycogen. Dont worry if you are cutting, if you are doing that much activity in one day plus your metabolism is sky high since you are young, you need all the cabrs you can get after practice. PEACE!

    tons of carbs are needed after practice.

    i useally chow down around 70-85 carbs (depending on how hard i train. mainly in supplement form and breads

    bagels are a lifesaver.
