Hey all,
First of all, this thread is not intended to spur responses that say "dont be a pussy" or "stupid newbie" and such, so if you are so driven to write such a response to boost your post count or feel better about your insecure self, please check it at the door. I'm being honest and asking these questions because I want the honest reponses from knowledgable individuals.
OK, anyway!
So background: I'm 20 yrs old, 5'10" 190 lbs, around 20% body fat and working to get that down. I'm not a hardcore body builder (duh!) but I'm increasing my work ethic and eating very well.
My younger cousin (18 yrs old) went on a Animal M-Stak 3-week cycle and really liked it, although he did mention he had diarrehea for 3 weeks while he was on it.
My question is regarding the Human Growth Hormone mentioned in the ingredients:
---------------------------
Growth Hormone (hGH) Secretagogues:
L-Arginine Pyroglutamate: 2.5 g
L-Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate: 1.3 g
Lysine: 1.2 g
(as lysine HCl)
Taurine: 750 mg
(as L-taurine)
Leucine: 100 mg
(as L-leucine)
Isoleucine: 50 mg
(as L-isoleucine)
Valine: 50 mg
(as L-valine)
-----------------------------
I recognize these are amino acids (i think), but the "human growth hormone" aspect really concerns me.
-What is the difference between this (Animal M-Stak) and JUST hGH (if any)?
-Is hGH a notable concern for one's heath?
-What are the risks involved?
-In the athletic world HGH is a big no-no, and some sports experts believe its what is driving athletes in the MLB especially since there is no drug test for it in baseball. On this note, is this the same type of HGH?
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Please be as detailed as possible, and remember, I'm basically a newbie but I am somewhat educated on health and nutrition.
Thank you very much in advance

the growth hormones are probably safe if you follow instructions, but I doubt at M-stak levels it'll do very much for you gains. I've heard about bad stuff about M-stak in general though, waste of money.

I would not worry it's just a gimic to put "HGH secretagogue" in the ingredient list. In all reality it probably will not increase HGH release at all.

animal pak not stack
Animal stack is garbage. I tried it, I actually gained more weight off of it than on. Animal PAK is highly recommend though. I thought I was gaining weight from the stack and then when i went off of it I gained more weight.
Food is a steroid eat enough of it and you will grow. Personal testimony
From 158 now to 185 in the last year. Hey its slow, but is natural and the best way.
