Is it possible to bulk while doing Keto? Would you just eat over your daily requirements? Thanks

It is not an efficient way to bulk. Nitrogen retention and muscle growth occurs best when plenty of carbohydrates are present. Keto is pretty good at retaining muscle, but not promoting it's growth (unless you are doing some kind of a cyclical diet, which is just less efficient than eating over maintenance with 40/40/20)

To be honest im cutting right now, but have also been adding good muscle mass on a keto diet. my macros are around 45% fat 50% protein 5% carbs, now although i should be eating more fat to encourage my body to use that as an energy source, i find these macros allow me to build muscle whilst cutting down on fat, although obviously not as efficiently as a full bulking diet.
Im on a Targeted Ketogenic Diet meaning I take in carbs when needed, usually a few hours before a good weights work out.
