Shoulder Workout
How many sets should I do on all three heads without over doing it.

i do 12 sets when i work shoulders. 4 for anterior, 4 middle delts, 4 rear delts

hey dude. really depends on how much you want to focus on your delts, and how you are fitting it into your routine... i mean your anterior heads are getting involved in your chest workout, and your posterior getting involved in some compound back exercises.... depending what your workout regime looks like.... so you dont have to over do it....
i mean for me i train legs and shoulders same day. When it comes to shoulders... i do around 4 main exercises. Some hard pressing, some side laterals, bent over rear delt raises, and maybe some dumbell front raises....
try and incorporate some drop sets.... really get them shoulders burning...
