Just got done chest day.
Bench press-200x 10 for 3 sets.I thought I would only get 8 reps on this.
Incline-Did 2 sets.First set sucked,got 4 reps with 190 and was off balance at the first.Second set was better,I got 6 reps with 190 and then did an extra negative.
comment-overall it was a good day.I just came back from a 1 week break I took.
Side note:Im not doing powerlifting or bodybuilding,Im just lifting for fun and figured I would keep track of my progress on here.I am almost 16(will turn 16 on deceember 30).I weigh 200 and my bf% is somewhere between 10-15.I am currently not going to a gym but am using the weights that I have.

Back day
Did 3 sets of 12 on bentover rows with 145.Then I did 3 sets of 8 on deadlifts with 245.
comment-Have been working back for about 2 months now.My bentoverrows are my weakpoint I cant seem to add weight to them.Overall Im doing ok though,I guess.Starting out I could only deadlift 175.

Shoulder day.
3 sets of 12 with 115 on military press.5 pound PR.Upright rows 3 sets of 12.Side raises 2 sets of 12 with 40.3 sets of 12 with of closegrip bench with 155.
comments-overall a very ****ty day.

Friday.
There isnt much at the school gym but i used their one leg machine which was the smith.I trieed my old record of 305 for 5 and got stuck at the bottom of the first rep.Look like I am going to have to start with my begginning weight again.
3 sets of 10 with 1 45 on each side of the smith.I know pretty pathetic.It was stupid of me to stop doing them.Thats all I did today.

oh yeah I got PR I guess it was an ok day.Im using 100 pounds right now for upright rows.

saturday.
All I did today was 3 sets of 6 for each arm with a 70 pound dumbell.Thats all I do for biceps.

Yeah but it gives each bodypart time to recover.I hate working biceps on back day as they get weak from doing bentover rows and i cant use as much weight for curls.

Hey man. Are you just starting lifting all over again? Well....either way..you're doing great! Some days will be bad.some will be good. Like the time i didn't improve on my decline bench.that was bad. And the day my board press went up 20lbs...that was good. Keep going.....the future has bright things for you.
And btw..just wanted to say...that routine is quite split up! ..

Thanks Healthy.I took last week off because my body was starting to burn out and I was going no where.Now my lifts are improving again.This was the first time I did squats in a long time(last time I did them was 5 months ago,then I had to stop going to the gym so I couldnt do them anymore.)I can finally do squats now though since their is a squat rack at my new school.

Monday-3 sets flat bench,3 sets incline
tuesday-4 sets of deads,3 sets barbell rows
wendseday-3 sets of military press,3 sets upright rows,2 sets og side laterals,3 sets of close grip bench
thurday-off
friday-3 sets of squats,3 sets good mornings,3 sets legs extensions
saturday-jus 3 sets of dumbell curls.

Lately I have gotten 5 pound prs on the following lifts.military press, close grip bench and bentover rows.I military press 120 for 12.Do bentover rows with 150 for 12 and closegrip bench 160 for 12.
