Just got done chest day.
Bench press-200x 10 for 3 sets.I thought I would only get 8 reps on this.
Incline-Did 2 sets.First set sucked,got 4 reps with 190 and was off balance at the first.Second set was better,I got 6 reps with 190 and then did an extra negative.
comment-overall it was a good day.I just came back from a 1 week break I took.
Side note:Im not doing powerlifting or bodybuilding,Im just lifting for fun and figured I would keep track of my progress on here.I am almost 16(will turn 16 on deceember 30).I weigh 200 and my bf% is somewhere between 10-15.I am currently not going to a gym but am using the weights that I have.
