I'm not exactly understanding what a "full body workout" really is. I've been doing splits all my life so this just doesn't click in my head. Does it mean that you are literally doing every single body part per workout day?? Can someone give me a routine as to what a full body workout looks like?
Also, i'm considering on doing 5x5, but i got a question. I know it is going to increase my lifts, but will it make me pack on some muscle mass too? Although increase in lifts are nice, i am more concerned about my muscle mass.
