We're older now, my advice is to start a little slowly and work back into it.
Start walking every day. Try to get up to at least 30 minutes at a fast pace. I love an early morning walk on Saturday and Sunday, starts the day off right. Weekdays I get it in after work.

I'm going to repeat that, buy good shoes.
After you get up to 30 minutes at a brisk pace start interval jogging. Walk a bit, jog a bit. I was so out of shape that 10 running steps hurt. I've had an interruption in training but I was up to a full block at one time.
You will need to start lifting weight. Again, start slow, give yourself a day or two in between. Don't try to jump the weight up too quickly, I blew my shoulder by jumping up too fast.
Take pictures of where you are now. It will give you incentive to compare when you start improving.
I don't really feel qualified to give you a routine. You will have to develop that based on where you are, what equipment you have and the time you have to put into it.
