It's quite possible that you're just not drinking enough water. If you're feel like you are totally exhausted and you need to sit down, light-headed/dizzy and such, then you're probably dehydrated. After I was out with a messed up foot for 6 monthes, and went into physical therapy, my body used up water very quickly, I don't know if you're like this, but make sure you're getting enough fluids.

it can be one of the following reasons:
- Good workout session, hit the weights hard, etc
- Not enough energy pre-wrokout and the workout session got rid of the little energy you had left
- Not enough sleep the night before
-Bored? lol
Persoanlly, mine is the first option, I have a lil snack after a gym session, wait an hour or so then nap for 1-2 hours to recover energy :P
But if you sleep too much and make it habit, your body will feel tired. So just get a good nights rest (approx 8 hours, I tend to go for 9, lol)

Like the guys said above... it's either something with nutrition, or that you had a killer workout session. I know a few weeks ago, I was doing legs. It was one of those days when you just keep pounding the weight and when I was done I felt so awful and tired and dizzy that I had to go sit down for like 20 minutes before drinking my post-workout shake.
Oh well... squats will do that to ya I guess."You gotta train like you've got a gun to your head."

Well, for the average Joe it is 8 - 8oz. glasses of water a day. But the average Joe isn't busting his ass in the gym. So aim for ATLEAST 1 gallon of water throughout the day.
