    I mean, it seems like the question answers itself for the most part. If you don't want to use protein supplements for protein, then you need to eat some protein-rich foods

    Hi there!

    Currently I am using 250ml of milk with 3 egg whites grind-ed in it. You can also add 1 serving of your favorite chocolate milk powder which will make it a total of 20.7g of protein in one shake.
