u should drink gatorade mixed with water, too much water without sodium can dehydrate u because of the lack of it, not that you already get enough through foods but when ur hot and sweaty u usually dont want to eat some food with high sodium right? but too much gatorade = too much sodium without straight water has been my experience, so i just drink some gatorade u make with powder so i can put as much or as less gatorade as i want with the water

I drink 1-1.5 gallons a day of water. When I'm out with friends or something, and we'll stop at a gas station to pick up some munchies, I buy a 1/2 gallon of milk. Its about 25 cents more than a bottle of pop and is great tasting. But there really is no alternative to water. I wouldn't drink a sports drink accept for right b4 and after lifting otherwise you increase your glucose levels at the wrong times.

Drumboy, you sound like you have something in common with me. What percussion do you play, just the set or anything in school?

water, learn to love some things my friend, bodybuilding sure as hell isn't easy if it was everyone would be big, becuase there isn't one guy who that don't want to have 18' arms, but how many guys do you see with 18' arms?? if you love the sport enough then you'll make sacrifices, force feed yourself and even evolve your schedule around it, bodybuilding isn't a sport its a lifestyle
I've seen a 15 year old deadlift 440 lbs. first time ever touching a weight
I've witnessed a begginer increase there total 350 lbs. the first month
I myself can show you men bench pressing 821 lbs. men deadlifting nearly 940 lbs. men squatting 1104 lbs.
Powerlifting the sport of imposibility to Bodybuilders everywhere
Whats my post workout drink? half a bottle of Jack Daniels No. 7 sounds about right

Cool Drumboy, I been playing drumset for about 5 years and field percussion for about 4 years. I'm really big into field percussion, but play the set one hell of alot at school during concert season and at gigs. I been playing field percussion for about 4 years and absolutley love it. I am drum captain of my schools drumline on tenors, really kicking it. If you have AIM or something, IM me sometime and i'll send you some clips of me on the field, etc. IM me on either SCANDAL or AFT3R.

How about that flavored water. Tastes pretty damn good to me. Bit expensive.

..I haven't done much research on this but my grandfather had a kidney stone, and from information I received from that time, I was lead to believe that excess tea can lead to kidney stones.
..but, I am sure it has alot to do with age, etc.aggressively progress...
