Im still fat as hell....but mine are 18 3/4 now FLEXED ..... with a PUMP lol

Like everyone says it depends on alot of things...my brother inlaw works out with me...his are 16 flexed but look better than mine because of cut....he is about 12% BF...where is Im about 70%..LMAO BTW...Im been lifted since Sept 1st THIS year :0)

Mate, your forearms look they're 16+ inches by themselves, ha! The camera gives an illusion of size in some cases, you obviously have a very large bone structure, if you were to next to some of the people you perceive as having larger looking arms in real life you'd see yours are probably noticeably bigger.

i'd have to say once you reach 16" personally. reguardless of who its on, a 16" bicep is like the start of looking big. but thats imho

I'm 6'1" 230 and my 17" 's look small on me. Atleast I think so. Maybe if I leaned out to around 205-208 they would look okay

All depends on relativity
i.e short/broad ppl will look gd with 15-16"
Tall/Thin ppl gd with 13-15"

OP your a pretty tall dude so obviously you would have longer arms than most people, so your arms are gonna need to be bigger to look big. for example your arms at 18" would probably look pretty similar so a 5'8" guy with 16" or 17"

That being said I think 16" are decent, 17" is big, 18" is huge 19"+ is freak status (this being to your average person, I'm sure bbers 17" is relatively small)

i think 17-18 are the average for most amateur bbersIIFYM - Try to get most of your macros from whole foods. They are high in micronutrients and are needed to maintain overall health
