Don't Imbalances Piss YA OFF!!!!
Just had to get it off my chest and share with the rest of the world. I
F$%$ing hate body imbalances. My right to left ratios have always in someway or another been unequal and lately it's been pissing me off more and more, especially Squats! The funny thing is I've been squatting for years and I had no problems. My right side has now taken over in the King of Excercises. Daddy not likey!
I'm going to go the excersise god and demand a change! Let this be known! Who Else experiences parallel frustration of similar?

Do you mean visually or strength-wise? My left bicep is smaller and I can't flex it as much but it's stronger. I just have to throw in some single side things to balance it. Single leg on leg press, one arm curls etc. When doing compounds, I'll drop the weight a little and focus on the side that seems out of form.

Left arm is smaller and weaker (always fails first) nothing I can do seems to correct this.
Odd thing is, I'm left handed!

sports can give u an imbalance
My baseball background has really gave me an imbalance that is like impossible to get rid of. For example pitching has gave me a huge a right forearm, shoulder, and lat. Hitting has gave me a huge left rear delt, and tricep.
And i believe most sports can give u a imbalance look if your right or left dominant.

What's worse than a muscle imbalance?
Muscle imbalances like one bicep bigger than another can usually be corrected by working out with db's making sure each arm works independantly and equally.
The problem I have is that I have scoliosis which causes my body to be permanently on a tilt. Because of this, one shoulder is always higher than the other and worse still, one pec muscle is always higher than the other. When ever I pose in the mirror or for the camera I have force my one side up to try and eve things out.
Anyone got a cure for that?

My left walnut hangs lower than my right walnut. It really throws of the symmetry of my reproductive organ. It sucks.

Differences in the length and insertion points of my traps is what bothers me the most!!!
I've tried a lot of things but they just don't seem to look similar to one another. Before targeting them specifically, left traps was smaller than the right but its muscle belly was longer. After the target trap training, the left side has become bigger but the right side looks completely different. The left side looks very aesthetic while the right has a more powerful look due to its shorter muscle belly and insertion points.
Gotta hate genetics!

Some good stuff! I just hope and pray time and the law of repetition will prove to be the remedy.

left chest is bigger then right, left bi is bigger then right
right tri and back muscles are bigger then left
Abs= right seem to be more developed then left..
