    legs 2 times a week? cardio?

    is it ok if i do legs 2 times a week...1 time at begining of week and 1 at end....(mon-sat).???........oh and im looking to put a lil mass on and, well mostly get stronger and be able to add a couple of lbs on the max... would cardio be any good?......if so how long should i go on for and how many times a week? THANKS

    If you're gonna do legs twice a week, then do them on like Mon. and Thurs. or Fri. If you do them on Saturday and Monday, you're only giving yourself 1 day of rest.

    I agree with Superman.

    If you are going to do legs twice a week, only do cardio if your body feels like it. You may be to tired or soar, or doing cardio could wear you down more.

    Also if you are going to do legs twice a week or any muscle for that matter, then cut the sets down. Maybe 6-10 sets a workout. I think you will make some nice gains. EVeryone here is stuck on doing every muscle just once a week.

    why would you do legs twice a week?

    legs are demanding as it is and need time to recover. chripes, i couldn't imagine squatting and deadlifting 2x as much
