QB power?
Hey, I was wondering what excersizes would help me gain power or strenght to throw the football faster and farther? Like Would I work on the shoulders...etc?

Well this must be a fairly good qb's workout since it's Brett Favre's.
Superset 1
dumbbell incline press 3x10
medicine ball trunk rotation toss 3x10
Superset 2
dumbbell shoulder press 3x10
medicine vall overhead shoulder throw 3x10
Superset 3
rotator cuff lying fly 3x10
rotator cuff side fly 3x10
