Been into Fitness and Nutrition for roughly 3 years. Been cycling my bulks and cuts and all has been fine. Although, I'm just finished my last bulk and went from 79kg (12% BF) to 91KG (15-16%BF) - this was I'ver the space of a year where I did very little cardio. I used to be really fit, not marathon runner ish, but could keep up in a game of soccer and keep running.
So anyways, on the treadmill, x-trainer and anything else fitness (playing soccer) I find myself being out of breathe. My troat has been getting dry, and I've definately been sweating alot more. Both in the gym and outside the gym (ie. sweating while just walking down the street). I've also felt myself feel slower.
Is this the typical expectations when people bulk? I've never been unfit so I'm not sure and I've never put on that much mass before in a single bulk.
