    Back Thickness?

I have decent back width, but I need more density in my back in my rhomboids/teres major/teres minor etc.

    Any specific exercises for thickness?

    No.

All horizontal pulls are your best tools.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

A wider grip (~shoulder width or wider).

Close will increasingly engage the lats.

Sorta, but no. It's a machine, but it's unilateral. I think it's called iso something or other. If you put your arms out above and in front of your head, you then pull to a normal row position.
