My triceps get pretty "tight" after sets but I can't get a pump, you know like when you get a pump in the biceps you get that burn and the veins pop out and the muscle gets bigger, can you pump other muscles like triceps the same?

Cable Pressdowns.
I usually do them at the very end of my workout. Start with the heaviest weight you can do your normal 8-12 reps with. Then decrease the weight by 10 lbs (or whatever your weight stack goes down by) and without resting, do another 8-12 reps. Decrease the weight again, and do 8-12 more reps. Do this for however many sets you want, I usually do about 5. This should give you a great pump in your tris!Trying to Bulk.
