hi, thought i'd introduce myself.

i'm 16 years old; i've been bodybuilding since December last year - i started because i was unhappy with my figure (5'8", 132lbs). now i'm 5'9 and over 150lbs; i'm very happy with myself now.

at the moment i'm on Ultimate Nutrition Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris - i've been taking it for a week now, 1500mg per day. my strength seems to have gone up already, but this may have been due to a change in my workout routine. it's given my sex drive a massive boost though - after 5 days i started to feel the increased libido.
i've also been on creatine and nitrix, both of which have given me some good gains.
other supplements i'm taking are cod liver oil, glucosamine sulphate and whey protein.

Tribulus is not really necessary when you're sixteen - in fact, one could consider it somewhat misguided, and a waste of money.

Hello sir How are you doing? Hope all is going well. You've been in here for a while havent you? I just started I kind of like it but I kind of don't because there is a lot of mean people with attitude that make me extremely mad. I just wanna kick their a**!!! You know what I mean? i was told that, but i decided to give it a go anyway. maybe the strength increase was a placebo effect. but my sex drive and aggression have gone up a lot - more than i expected.

yeah, i was thinking about that. multis and aminos will probably be the next thing on my list.
