I like to put mine on the broiler, cook it 10 minutes on each side and sprinkle a little lemon juice on it.

I just add black pepper and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. It tastes plain but I don't care. I like to eat it with vinegar.

Grilled salmon with a sweet marinade... my favorite food EVER.

When you grill salmon you're not supposed to flip it though, only skin side down until it flakes

    step by step:
1: cut the salmon into smaller pieces
2: insert those small pieces between your lips
    3: close mouth
    4: chew as needed
    5: swallow
    6: repeat

    remember, practice makes perfect!

I agree, except the frozen salmon filets that I get at costco don't have a "skin side", so I flip em just to get things cooked evenly.

I know it has nothing to do with how to prepare it, but i once bought salmon from my local costco, and i thought it was wild salmon like i was suppose to buy cause it said atlantic salmon, i realized thats the type of salmon it was.

When you buy salmon, if you wanna get the real goods from it (omega 3 fats) make sure its wild alaskan salmon, otherwise it will probably be farmed which also raises some of the mineral levels which arent always good.

But back to the subject, i like to put the salmon steak on some foil, put some extra virgin olive oil, some rosemart blend seasonings by tones (i use this on everything now, got a big bottle and the only thing it has besides super good flavor is 3%of the dv your suppose to get from sodium, worth it) Load it up with zuccini (italian squash) and pepper it. PERFECTO!!!
