Hey! Im 15, and I've been working out for a year, this is my progress!
So, I've been on and off for the first 6 months, but the last 6 months I've been working out hard core, doing a PPL routine, and eating 400cal above TDEE. I still don't know my BF% and my pictures are in good lighting, so any help would also be appreciated. I work out 6x a week, and I do abs on push(x), Pull(0), legs(x),Push(0),pull(x),legs(0), Rest.
