There is no way of knowing. I'm sure there are a some natural pros who would be better than some IFBB pros under different circumstances, but there are also IFBB pros who would beat natural guys.

In my opinion everyone in the sport of bodybuilding works hard. Some know what they are doing more than others however. I competed in a show a month ago, and it was not tested. I got second to someone that took steriods. I didn't care about that, that isn't why I compete, I compete for the personal challenge, and I love the sport. To each his own, can't we all just get along.

I have been involved with natural bodybuilding for over 5 years now and help some of the orgs with their banned substances list. You need to not comment on things that you are completely ignorant about.

i never said there is no impressive natural bodybuilders, i just said there are lots of natural guys who make excuses and everyone knows that. no offense, but i know bodybuilders bigger than yourself and thats where i get my information from. i may be a dip**** compared to u, but i have huge friends. by the way, the banned substances list isnt as hightech as some new drugs coming out, well according to a documentary on a cyclist who was saying how they juice in that sport too, they had drug experts like the guy who writes Anabolics. they were saying drug testing is always 10 years or so behind drugs. im not saying ALL naturals cheat, im just saying lots do. im not intending to offend u natural competitors out there, im just saying not everyone is as innocent as they make themselves out to be. how many natural guys are gonna admit to using anways?

that may be true but if you look for instance at the organization layne competes in you can see it is extremely hard to compete taking stuff and get away with it.

HOWEVER, NPC natural contests are pretty much known as "contests for people who don't abuse but want to use scattered in with people who do abuse". In many NPC natural contests they only test the winner, a few people randomly, or nobody at all.

As you can see that is not even in the same ballpark as the policies layne has to adhere to.

its nice that people choose to be natural and stuff but, if i am paying to see something i want to see something out of the ordinary not 190lb ripped guys. that is impressive in the context of personal achievement but it is not impressive to watch a whole show of it.

I agree dude. You can see great natural physiques in practically any gym. I would never want to compete as a 190 pounder. If I didn't have some serious muscle to flex, I certainly woudn't want to exhibit that in public.

Cuts are for the beach, muscle is for the stage.

It is totally amazing what you guys achieve drug free, and further, it's sad that you don't receive the credit you truly deserve. If steroids never existed, you guys would rule the earth.

natural is good as a person acheivement but it sure as hell isnt entertaining. natural bodybuilding is like basketball with dunks,baseball without homers,boxing without the big KO, it is nice to do but not great to look at.

that argument doesn't really hold up, since if they're at the shows, then they obviously have interest

BUT, the issue is really personal preference. some like to see the big boys in all their glory, some prefer natural physiques. nothing is wrong with either. it's no different than someone liking basketball better than baseball or whatever. to each his own.

oh my god i have seen pictures, i have seen videos, i havent been to a show but if there wasa show in minnesota i would go for curosity sake. . i am talking about the quality of the bodies and what the human body is capable of doing without performance enhancers, it is just not unique enough for my time. most people agree with me ,hence the lack of popularity of natural bodybuilding if bodybuilding is a niche sport natural bodybuilding isnt even a blip on the radar.
