    Is this good progress?

When I first started doing deadlifts in September, 2007, my 1-rep max was 170. As of February 28th, my deadlift is now 405 with no gear, no wraps, no chalk, and no belt (gym doesn't have any and can't afford it anyways).
As for my Parallel squat (until femur is parallel to the floor), my 1-rep max as of September was 135, and as of March 1st, it is 375lbs. I don't use supplements or creatine either. Considering I am 139 at 5'4", is this good progress liftwise?
