Not healthy, but I like 'em. The Harvest cheddar cheese ones... yum.
Regards,
AbramsOh-oh say can you see, by the dawn's early light,
what so proudly we hailed, at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars, through the perilous fight, or the ramparts we watched,
were so gallantly streaming.
And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
gave proof through the night, that our flag was still there.
Oh-oh say does that star spangled banner yet wave,
O'er the land of the free, and the home of the brave?

he asked for the nutritional info - it was presented that they are in fact, not very healthy, an alternative was offered - sounds rather helpful to me actually

You could definitely do much worse than Sun Chips.
Per Serving: 140 cals - 6g fat (1g sat, 2g PU, 3.5 MU), 18g carbs (2g fiber, 2g sugar), 2g protein
Ingredients: Whole Corn, Sunflower Oil, Whole Wheat, Rice Flour, Whole Oat Flour, Sugar, Salt
I'm definitely happier having a helping of these than regular potato chips
EDIT: Yikes, I just looked at the ingredient list for the Harvest Cheddar. Much more processed, and partially hydrogenated oilsLast edited by banichols; 04-19-2006 at 09:12 PM.
