LetFireFall's WS4SB III log for not such a skinny bastard
Today was the first day of WS4SB. I just got back into lifting again was on a long break due to school/football/no gym but now I'm back.
I could've done a bit more on all of lifts today but I decided to start out slow.
Bold is a PR italic is superset
Bench Press:
45x2x10 (2 sets of 10 reps)
75x5
85x5
95x5
100x5
Db flat press:
25x15
25x15
BBrows seated db power cleans
115x8 20x8
115x8 20x8
115x8 20x8
Db Shrugs:
45x12
45x12
45x12
Barbell Curls:
52x8
52x8
52x8
Cardio: none
Time: 50 minutes
Notes:
- The db flat press was very easy but I've never tried high reps like that, move up to 30-35's next week.
-The Db shrugs were way to easy, move up lots next week.
-The 3-5 RM on bench was pretty easy but a PR for me I should be moving up to
105 next week, finally got my bench over 95 lbs (for reps)!

I forgot my workout log at home today so when I got to the gym I had no idea what to do for DE lowerbody, I hit shoulders and tris, got a PR on Millitary press today (standing), 95x5.
I'm going to take out DE lowerbody as I don't really have a need for it, I'm going to be doing the 4 day wased up meathead version now.

No training today, 30 minutes of cardio, plus two hours of shoveling snow (****ing snowstorm)

This sucks! I have to 4 shovel roofs, my driveway (I live in the country it's like 200 m long), a few decks etc. We're getting 30 cm of snow on saturday so there's no chance of me getting into the gym untill next week.
30 minutes of cardio+hours and hours of shoveling.

Haha no, I just finished along break (since september) due to football and school (I had no gym either) so I'm weak.
I'm going to max out monday on bench, The calculator said I should be able to get 135.

In the past few weeks since I re-joined my old gym my bodyweight has gone from 210 (bloated as hell though) to 199, most of that water I bet.
