i posted a comment on here a long time ago about a milk drink i found called nourishment. i was interested in it because it said 'source of protein' on the tin. but i was told that the information i gave was not specific enough. so heres the nutritional info for what one tin provides:
energy (kj) 1782
protien(g) 21.0
carbohydrates(g) 61.3
-of which sugars(g) 61.3
fat(g) 11.0
-of which saturates(g) 6.7
fibre(g) 0
soduim(g) 0.33
it also contains 100% of recomended daily allowance for vitamin A,D and C.
plus it contains 84% of recomended daily allowance for thaimin (B1), riboflavin (b2), niacin, vitamin B6, folacin, vitamin B12 and iron.
lastly it contains 89 % of RDA for calcuim.
would this milk drink be any good for bodybuilding?
could it be of any use?
