    How long do you think it will take me to get back in shape?

    Started working out 3-4 yeasr ago, stopped for 10 months because i got bored of going ym by myself (all my mates wetn different uni's).

    anywho how long do you think for me to get into the same or betetr shape.

    Shouldent be hard at all, i would say do a clean bulk for a few month and every few months see how your doing post your pics let people critque them, maybe in about 6-12 months, depending on how you work out and your genetics you should be able to do a cut and probably be in better shape than you were before. Thats the great thing about having worked out before, muscle does have memory, and it really misses being big, haha. Work at it, it will be worth it and easier this time.

    I dont no much abotu bulkign and stuff, my diet consists of eating whatever whenever. and i survive on my mums dinner. i am at uni (still at home) so i am there most of the day so wha tcan i eat?

    Clean bulking consists of usually the common stuff, lean meats (bison is my favorite dont know if its available where you are) wild alaskan salmon (not atlantic) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cottage cheese, wheat bread. tons of veggies, and usually people supplement quite a bit. I would check out the nutrition section for what people are eating for full diet listings. It will be hard to eat if you eat what your mom cooks, cause you should wat what was listed about 6 times a day to have a good bulk.

    not bad at all, before you were really cut, depending on what you want, i would say bulk alot then do a cut and you will look friggen swoll, looks like your not in the US but i take in about 1.75 g/lb of clean protein for my bulk, depending on your body type might be less or more but it should be easier for you cause your starting on a good frame, with muscle memory already there.
